The Guest Registration Form is an on-site document that allows guests to review and confirm their personal information upon arrival at your property.
As an alternative, RoomRaccoon also offers Online Check-In, enabling guests to submit their details before arriving. This saves valuable time for both your team and your guests.
Setting up the Guest Registration Form
The Guest Registration Form is set up in the same way as any other document in RoomRaccoon. Follow the steps in how to set up a document.
Tip: Under Custom Content, you can add useful information such as your in-house rules or property policies.
Using the Guest Registration Form
Open the relevant reservation.
Click on the Guest Registration Form icon.
Print the form for your guest to complete and sign at check-in.
Good to know
Guest details are automatically pre-filled in the form.
You can choose which rooms or reservations you want to send the document to.
Alternatively, use the Online Check-in functionality.
