How to Send Guest Data to ASTAT (IT)

ASTAT / LTS is the name of the ISTAT in Trentino Alto Adige (an Italian region) and in order to send guest data, users must open a new ticket and provide us information for the connection to go live . The data is sent to Astat automatically by RoomRaccoon on the 5th day of the month in relation to the data of the previous month.

In order to activate the automatic sending to ASTAT:

1. Open a ticket in RoomRaccoon with the activation request;

2. Inside the ticket indicate the credentials of your LTS portal

3. We will respond to the request with the actual activation.

Good to know

• In order to be able to send the reservations, they must have the country/city of residence of the guests and be in Status Check-in (online) performed or Check-out performed.
