ATCUD is a new tax measure and document code that will reach all tax documents as early as 2023.
It was implemented by Ordinance No. 195/2020, which regulated the requirements for the creation of QR codes and ATCUD on invoices.
Since ATCUD is merely a unique code, its operation is simple. The number is composed of the series validation code and the sequential document number within the series (of invoices) assigned by the Tax Authority.
EXAMPLE:
validationcode/sequentialnumber
Ex: FR AHU025-223185
Document type: FR= Invoice-Receipt
Validation code of the series: AHU025
Sequential number of the document within the series: 223185
After registering your invoice series in the Finance Portal, the Validation Codes provided will need to be added to your RoomRaccoon account.
How to add ATCUD codes in RoomRaccoon?
1. Go into Account Settings and navigate to the SERIES CODES menu.
2. In this menu you should first change the Year Active to 2025:
3. You must then add the Validation Code provided by the Tax Authority to each of the corresponding tax documents.
4. Click Save
