Feratel Meldewesen is a guest registration connectivity which allows seamless registration management by automating guest data management and reports.
The connection between Feratel Meldewesen and RoomRaccoon allows for RoomRaccoon to push all guest data to Feratel as opposed to the guest and hotelier having to manage this manually.
How to connect to Feratel Meldewesen
Request Feratel to connect to Romraccoon for automatic forwarding of guest details and to please send the following credentials to you - betriebnr and oestat.
Once you receive these credentials please send them to RoomRaccoon via the ticket centre in your RoomRaccoon account. If you would like to already push some historical or current guest details please provide the date you would like us to do a manual push of the guest data for.
Once the connection has been added and tested, a Customer Service Manager will reach out to you to confirm that the connection is active.
Good to know
The information will be sent during the online check-in. If the online check in is not complete, it will be sent once the reservation has been marked as checked in.
The information will only be sent if ALL mandatory guest fields have been filled in for each guest.
You are able to manually send guest data per reservation by clicking on the address book icon in the booker name.
