RaccoonHouskeeping is available in mobile view where you are able to view and manage your housekeeping from the touch of a button on your smartphone device.
Room List
In the room list you can see each of your rooms and their status
Report an issue for maintenance
You can also report an issue for maintenance via the mobile view. Give the issue a name, add photos, a description and click on the report. RaccoonHousekeeping will ask you if you are sure that you want to report the problem. Click on yes and the issue will be added to your maintenance agenda.
Call reception
You can call the reception from the mobile view. All you have to do is click on the three horizontal lines at the top right of the screen and the call reception icon will be visible. Click on this if you want to call the reception.
