Stripe Payments Connection

Stripe is a trusted online payment service provider that supports a variety of payment methods. When paired with a POS, it can also be used to accept on-site payments. RoomRaccoon integrates with Stripe to offer you a simple, effective payment solution available only in regions where our integrated system, RaccoonPay, is not supported.

Important Information

  • Stripe is only available in regions where RaccoonPay is not supported.

  • RoomRaccoon does not provide support for Stripe-specific queries. For assistance, please contact Stripe directly.

  • Card machines (POS terminals) are not supported through this payment method.

How to Connect Stripe

Before starting, please ensure:

  • You have an active Stripe account.

  • You have confirmed with our team that your region is not supported by RaccoonPay.

Steps to Connect

  1. Request the connection via our Support Chatbot, Rocco.

  2. Our team will enable Stripe for your account and confirm once it’s ready.

  3. After confirmation, go to your Payment Settings page.

  4. Click the blue button labeled “Connect to Stripe”.

  5. You’ll be redirected to the Stripe environment. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the setup.

Once connected, you’re ready to start accepting payments via Stripe!

Stripe is available as a fallback solution in the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
