iVvy Event Management

iVvy is a cloud-based event management software ideal for the hospitality industry and is now integrated with RoomRaccoon.

How does it work

Our integration now allows you to book your accommodation in your RoomRaccoon agenda for events that run through iVvy. 

How to get started

Please follow the following steps to map and connect to Ivvy

  1. Log in to your iVvy account

  1. Select the account and click on view

  1. Click on the settings icon found at the top right corner of the page.

  1. Click on the ‘Applications’ menu item bottom left:

  1. Click on the ‘API Keys’ menu item

  1. Click on the ‘Add Key’ button 

  1. Give the key a name and select a user and click Save, remember that this user will need permissions to access iVvy and be able to add, edit and remove bookings

  1. Go to the connectivity page in RoomRaccoon and search for iVvy under available connections, you should easily find it by clicking on the events category. 

  1. Once you have located it, click on the + sign to request the connection. To complete the integration and for further assistance and please open a new ticket.  

Good to know

  • Remember the secret password you have created during the setup of your iVvy account. This will be used during the integration.

  • Adding the Ivvy events management will account for one upgrade slot. See more on our updated pricing policy.

  • This connection is only possible on a Room Reservation level and not on an Accommodation block level. This means that the blocks will only come through to RoomRaccoon once the reservation has been assigned to rooms in iVvy.
