Channel corrections occur when you have different rates in RoomRaccoon to those that are booked on other booking channels. Channel correction is simply RoomRaccoon’s way of ensuring price consistency. This process is automated through price deviations. This means that the system will find any rate disparity and highlight any deviations from the booked rate.
You don’t have to worry about manually correcting prices as RoomRaccoon automatically does this for you.
