On RoomRaccoon you are able to include city tax and add-ons in the prepayment. This can be set up in your booking engine settings and will need a manager’s login to set.
How to include city tax and add-ons to the prepayment.
Click on the Booking Engine on the left of the screen and navigate to the BE Setup Tab.
Under City Tax and Add-on (Prepayment) sections, check the boxes that state 'Include city tax in prepayments' and 'Include add-ons in prepayment.'
Click Save on the top right of the screen.
When a guest/booker makes a booking on the booking engine the prepayment value now includes the city tax and add-ons.
