White Label Booking Engine

Modified on Wed, 6 Nov at 3:00 PM

With our White Label, you can use a custom domain name for your property's Booking Engine. This means that Powered by RoomRaccoon will not appear at the bottom of your booking engine. (Additionally, you will be able to have it on your own subdomain).

Your documents will also be whitelisted at the bottom of the page so that "Powered by RoomRaccoon" doesn't appear in your booking confirmation, payments, and cancellation documents.

How to set up the white label via Cloudflare

Add your domain name to Cloudflare:

  1. Click on the link: https://dash.cloudflare.com/sign-up

To start the process, follow these steps.

2. Enter your site domain.

  • Complete your nameserver setup

Once complete, go to DNS >> Records, and click on Add record, as you are now creating a subdomain record for your domain that will be your white label booking engine.

3. Add your DNS record by clicking on + Add record tab

4. Fill in the record details by selecting the Type to be CNAME, then add the name for your subdomain, e.g., booking.[YourDomainName.com] Finally, enter the Target as booking.roomraccoon.com and click save.

5. Leave the Proxy as Proxied.

  • When White Label booking engine has been activated, 'Powered by RoomRaccoon' will be removed from the page.

6.  Go to the SSL\TLS section on your Cloudflare account - and ensure that your SSL/TLS encryption mode is set to Full

Good to know

  • This feature costs you one upgrade slot. You can find our updated pricing policy here

  • Only DNS & Proxy needs to change to Cloudflare when setting the white label up. Cloudflare is not a hosting provider.
