How to Enable RoomRaccoon Related Emails for Team Members

RoomRaccoon related emails are emails from RoomRaccoon which usually include any important updates such as release notes, system changes and any important information RoomRaccoon needs to communicate with you. You can choose for team members to receive this communication.

To enable this you simply need to access the profile of the team member in the login tab in your account settings.

How to Enable RoomRaccoon related emails. 

  1. Click on the Settings Tab on the bottom left of the screen. 

  1. Navigate to the login tab. 

  1. Find the team member’s profile and click on edit (pencil icon)

  1. Ensure that the “Receive RoomRaccoon related emails” option is checked and click on save.
