On Roomraccoon you have a staff member password and a manager’s password in your login accounts. With the Restricted reports feature you can restrict this in a way that only those logging in with the manager’s password can access the reports in your main menu.
If you are working with performance targets for your team, you might want your staff to be able to access this information. This will however mean that staff will have access to overall performance and revenue which can be considered delicate information.
How to Enable Restricted Reports.
Access the Settings Tab at the bottom of the screen.
Access the Account settings on the top right of the page.
Check the box that says "Reports Restricted"

You will need to log in with a manager’s password to access this setting.
