Calendar

  • Add your reservations manually -> Reservations from Booking.com can be imported, these do not need to be added manually. If you want to link with bed & breakfast.nl/eu, then you have to add the reservations to the calendar manually if you have worked with a channel manager before. If you did not use another channel manager before RoomRaccoon, these will also be imported automatically. (@alice is the stuff about b&b relevant?)

  • Another option is to import all your reservations using this list.

  • Make sure you haven't set up your iCals yet. iCals are channels that work through an export and import link, this import should happen later.

  • Make sure there are no test reservations left in the calendar. Note that there are also some reservations from the demo in your account. These usually have the names Jansen, etc. If they are still in your agenda, they will be included in your reports.

  • Block your rooms when your accommodation is (still) closed.
