You can easily update the company name that guests see on RoomRaccoon through your account settings. Follow the steps below to make the change:
Steps to Change the Company Name:
Log in to your RoomRaccoon account.
Click on the Settings tab located on the bottom left side of the screen.
Navigate to the Account tab.
Scroll down to the Company Information section.
Enter the desired name in the Company Name field.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Good to Know:
The company name you set in the Account Settings will also appear on documents such as invoices and in automatic message templates.
If you want your invoices to include the legal company name but prefer a more customer-friendly name in the booking engine, we recommend using a hybrid format. For example:
"Hotel Name by Legal Company Name"
Example: "Hollywood Cambridge Hotel by Karlla LDA"
This ensures your legal company name is included on invoices while maintaining a professional and appealing display in the booking engine.
Billing Section Information:
Information in the billing section of your account is for RoomRaccoon only and is NOT visible to your guests. To change this, you will need to contact the helpdesk by submitting a ticket.
RaccoonPay: If your registered company or legal entity name is changing, it's important to update your RaccoonPay details accordingly. Please refer to this help centre article for guidance on how to make these changes.
