How to Add a Booker’s Email Address

You can add a booker’s email address after you’ve added their information on the bookers tab.

To add the bookers email address

1. Access the bookers & guests tab.

2. Find the guest name and click the edit button (pencil icon) or search the pre-added guest name.

3. In the “Edit booker” section there’s an email address field. Enter the guest’s email address here.

4. Click Save.

Good to know

• If you have an integrated Payment Service Provider (PSP) your payments may be locked due to the booker not having an email address.

• In the “Edit booker” section you can add additional booker information and a credit card for the booker too.
