How Do I Create Different Login Details for My Co-workers

To promote accountability and transparency, you can create a different login for your employees so that when changes are made on bookings there’s someone accountable for it. Each employee will have a unique login and when changes are made the system will record this according to the login, keeping you abreast of each reservation.


This function allows you to keep track of changes in a reservation and who has made what changes. In this article, we will explain how to create a login for employees.


How to add a login:


  1. Click on the Settings tab at the bottom left of your screen.



  1. Click on Logins tab at the top of your screen



  1. On the top right, you will be able to add a new employee.



  1. While filling in these fields, you can choose the type of access you want to give to your employee. Click here for more on the types of access you can grant users.



  1. Once you’ve clicked on save you will be able to see the login details of the employee you have added. 





  1. Click Save. 




Good to know


  • Forgot your password? Then click on the envelope icon in the list to send a new password. This password is a unique secure password, the password itself cannot be chosen or changed anymore.


  • The main login can track all changes in one overview. On each login, there’s a timeline icon that when clicked, gives data on all changes the employee has made on bookings.
